My name is Dale Murray, founder of Liberty Ridge Group. As an East Tennessee native with degrees in Business and Criminal Justice from Bethel University, I bring 27 years of experience in emergency services, public safety, and leadership to every client relationship.

My career began in 1999 in the Fire Department Explorer Program at age 14, which led to 16 years in the fire service. In 2005, I began a 19-year law enforcement career serving in corrections, patrol, SWAT, school resource, and campus policing. I later stepped into federal-level training leadership, developing and delivering training for the United States Marshals Service Court Security Program across 47 states and U.S. territories, while also supporting initiatives connected to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Supreme Court of the United States Police.

Today, I apply that same commitment to protection and preparedness at Liberty Ridge Group, specializing in insurance and supplemental coverage solutions that safeguard families and business owners from financial hardship. My approach is straightforward, honest, and educational—so you can make confident decisions without pressure.
