This role is an independent insurance agent who develops/generates new business and specializes in client acquisition in delivering voluntary benefits that help employees navigate life's financial uncertainties with confidence.
Successful business leaders prioritize:
Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
Strong understanding of Insurance products and services
Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers
Active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain
We pay commissions, renewals, and bonuses
